Please Follow these steps for Delicious Chintapandu Pullihora Podi (CPP)
Ingredients:
Uncooked rice-250 g
Water-1.5 cups
1 tsp-salt
1 TSP-turmeric
1 tbsp-oil 140g- Chintapandu pulihora podi  

CPP Tempering :
3-4 tbsps-oil
2 tsps-urad dal
2 tsps-mustard  
2 tsps-chana dal
Dried red chilli-5-6
Green chili-7 Peanuts (optional) Cashew (optional) Curry leaves Salt(only if needed)  

Method: Wash the rice,add turmeric ,salt ,oil and cook it. once the rice is done, let it cool down . Once the rice has cooled, add 140 g of CPP and mix it well .For tempering, heat oil in a pan, add urad dal, mustard, chana dal , peanut, cashew, dried red chilli, green chili, curry leaves, add this tempering to the rice. Delicious pulihora is ready to eat
